All wetted parts of these pumps are pressure cast in solid construction in PE-UHMW the versatile engineering thermoplastic exhibiting superior properties such as self lubricating, very low coefficient of friction, almost zero moisture absorption, fatigue resistance, excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, light weight, wide service temperature capability from -270 deg.C to 90 deg.C. Wide operating temperature range of -270°C to 90°C. Vertical Glandless pumps are completely dry and have no side effects in applications that require a highly reliable and continuous fluid supply, thus eliminating causes of failure normally caused by human factors. The most important advantage of using a vertical pump without a seal is from a maintenance point of view, which reduces production losses due to downtime. General maintenance of vertical floorless pumps is limited to the lubrication of the drive motor bearings.
